WENDY JELBERT

Wendy has painted all her life, and has passed down those genes to her two daughters Rebecca, Rosalind and son Richard.  Her eldest  grandchild Georgie who has just had her first large Exhibition of her Abstract work in a Southampton Gallery/Record shop and working now for her 2nd !

 

Wendy has been a prizewinner twice at the Westminster Gallery London, and had several works accepted at the Royal Academy, and has made 12 art Videos for Television and for the public market.  Some are on U-tube!

 

She has written many articles and written 41 art books over her artistic career for Batsford, and Search Press etc.

She was trained at a drama school and gained her acting diplomas.   Later on, she  become a demonstrator for the famous art houses in London and abroad for Caren D’Ache, Daler/Rowneys, Liquitex, Brusho,  and other well known firms…..this helped with the supply of materials later on, that encouraged my family and art classes to experiment more with their art!
