Susie James paints from her home studio in Bassett, Southampton.

She works across a variety of media, creating vibrant works that mainly draw inspiration from nature and the sea.

Susie's artwork reflects the interplay between light, form and texture, inviting the viewer to immerse themselves in a world of vivid hues and shapes.

Susie's work has been exhibited across various venues in the South including , Southampton art gallery, Hillier Gardens, Winchester discovery centre and Hamble  yacht club; as well as local hospitals and cafes.

She opens her studio up in the Summer during the ‘Hampshire Open Studios event’ and regularly exhibits at the Romsey show at the Broadland estate.
